About the event
We are excited to extend the invitation to you and your youth networks to participate in the 11th Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development (APFSD) Youth Climathon, a climate action 'ideathon' organized by UN ESCAP, YECAP, Hackathon Thailand, and Asia LEDS that will bring together young minds from across the Asia-Pacific region to develop innovative solutions for accelerating climate action.
Participants in the Youth Climathon will form teams to develop practical yet innovative solutions under various topics, including:
- Electric mobility
- Climate smart agriculture and food systems
- Climate resilient/adaptive cities
- Natural ecosystem preservation (terrestrial, marine, and freshwater ecosystems)
