Across Asia and the Pacific, young changemakers are reimagining how we engage communities, build green economies, and drive inclusive climate action through digital skills. Explore the initiatives that strengthen youth leadership in innovation—from grassroots training models to green job pathways—unlocking new ideas, tools, and networks for a just and sustainable future.
The YECAP Shakers Fellowship is a three-month accelerator programme designed to strengthen the capacity of youth-led civil society organizations advancing climate action in Asia and the Pacific. Focused on inclusive leadership, community engagement, and organizational growth, the fellowship equips emerging climate leaders with practical skills in advocacy, communications, resource mobilization, and gender-responsive climate action—fostering collaboration and resilience in youth networks across the region.
YECAP Shakers Fellowship
#Movers4Climate is a grassroots training initiative that builds youth capacity in climate leadership, entrepreneurship, and 21st-century skills. As part of the wider Movers Programme, it uses a train-the-trainer model to mobilize young volunteers who raise climate awareness in their own communities—particularly reaching marginalized and underrepresented groups. The initiative reflects a core principle of leaving no youth behind in the climate transition.
